Flora From Mars

Its been ages since I've blogged. That is becuase I had nothing to blog about. However take a look to the left and behold!! A flower that has no no name, and no point of origin that I know of. It was a gift given to us 20 yeas ago. I brought it along when we moved and it is thriving. The flower is a perfect star. khaki color with light maroon whiskers on it. the center is very sticky and flies and gnats just love o live in it. It is about 3 feet wide and if anyone wants some I can share . Below the flower are some pods getting ready to open. Tony calls it the body snatcher plant.
